Todd has been living in Durango since 1988. He is a graduate from Durango High School and earned his degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College. He joined Coldwell Banker as the personal assistant to Gina Piccoli in September of 1998. Working with Gina allowed Todd to learn from one of Durango’s top producing agents, learning the business from the inside out.

He became licensed in March of 2000 and has been enjoying working with Buyers and Sellers alike since then. While focusing primarily on residential sales, Todd has a good deal of experience in the local commercial market as well. Todd has an extensive knowledge of Durango and the surrounding area and he works hard for his customers. His hard work has paid off, as he has ranked among the Top Producers at Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors since becoming licensed, and has been named a member of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society.

When not working, Todd enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Kati, and their two children. He is also an avid golfer and also enjoys playing basketball when he has time. Todd Sieger is a "rare find" in the world of buying and selling real estate. Todd was recommended to me by my sister and brother-in-law and it was the best recommendation I have had for hiring a realtor. I was going through a major transition in my life and Todd made it possible for me to handle all of the issues I was dealing with while looking for and purchasing a new home in Durango. I was 800 miles away in South Dakota, selling my house there, and Todd took care of every detail in the purchase of my new home in Durango and my relocation. Todd connected me with utility providers and also with local service companies for assisting me in getting my new home set up. We were referred to Todd through a friend of a friend when we decided to move from Oklahoma to Durango. Todd worked diligently and patiently for YEARS to help this loud mouth Italian woman and her difficult Ol’ Marine husband understand the complexities of the housing market in Colorado. He also helped us with transitioning our kids to their new schools. Upon our first meeting, Todd gave us all the info we needed to smoothly transfer our kids to the 9-R school district including contact information for the coaches of the sports they play. He has even showed up at their sporting events to cheer them on! Go Demons! Through wild fires, record breaking snowfall and a global pandemic, Todd showed us dozens upon dozens of homes. We closed on a home in August of 2020. Todd continues to check on us even after closing, helping us with anything we needed. Always available, knowledgeable and respectful, I recommend Todd for any of your real estate needs. If he doesn’t know something, he will find someone who does. Todd was an absolute dream for us buying our first home. He was down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and kind, as well as went above and beyond in every element of buying. Todd was exemplary in a uniquely complicated time: a raging pandemic, negotiating with an extremely difficult seller, and the tragic passing of the relator representing the seller. Despite all of these "unprecedented" challenges, Todd stayed up late negotiating for us and always went the extra mile. In fact, when the seller was being *particularly* difficult about the inspection resolution and the deal almost did not go through, Todd said to us "I'll stay up to midnight with you if that's what it takes!" As a woman, I was also sensitive to the gender dynamics of homeownership and the process of buying a house. What I really appreciated about Todd was that when we met in person he always looked at both of us equally when speaking. Small detail perhaps, but with huge ramifications!
